Mr. Richard Torres came out on a Saturday and took care of the A/C ducts that weren't properly installed, causing leaks from all of the holes. All of the problems were fixed and there have been no more leaks.
His professionalism, knowledge, and quick response will be the reason that I'll use them again.

Tillman's has earned a customer for life, not because they can install/service HVAC systems better than anyone else, but because of how well they treated me under adversity.
I hired Tillman's to install a brand new HVAC system and replace the existing ductwork in my house. They gave me a few reasonably priced options, I picked one, and their crew was at my house within a few days to install the system. Unfortunately, a few days later, the new system started to malfunction, eventually quitting altogether.
As you might imagine, I wasn't very happy to have paid for a brand new system that didn't work. But there's a reason this a 5 star review, and it's because of how they handled this situation. They had technician at my house every single day for a week and a half trying everything under the sun to get the system to operate correctly. All of their technicians know their stuff. These are guys that have been servicing HVACs for 30+ years in some cases - shoutout Alan! The service manager, Doyle, always returned my calls immediately, and was extremely apologetic and adamant that they would make things right no matter what it took. They spent considerable time and effort trying to fix what ultimately ended up being an unfixable manufacturing defect. As annoyed as I was with the situation, I couldn't fault what they did in trying to resolve it - they really did put their best foot forward.
After many attempts at fixing the issue, overnighting replacement parts (at their cost) a few times, they took it upon themselves to arrange for another brand new unit to be installed, BEFORE the manufacturer agreed to warranty the existing unit. They ate a huge amount of cost to make things right.
These guys do a fine job at a reasonable price, and more importantly, stand behind their work no matter what it takes. Those are rare qualities in service businesses these days. What more can you ask for?

If I needed my AC to be repaired, especially in the heat that we have down here in South Mississippi, I would need someone fast, I would need someone who really knew what they were doing, and I would need someone I could trust. I would trust Lucas Tillman and his team of installers and service men and any recommendation they give. I know the Tillman's have been here since the late 90's and their family is wonderful. I know he would do great work.
